Suzanne Birt and her rink will go right to the final Sunday night in the 2013 Scotties Tournament of Hearts provincial womens curling Championships being played at the Charlottetown Curling Complex.

Birt defeated Kathy O'Rourke 9-6 Saturday afternoon. O'Rourke will play the winner of the Saturday night tiebreaker between Kim Dolan and Lisa Jackson Sunday at 2 p.m. The winner of that game will face Suzanne Birt in the final. Due to a problem with the ice, the tie breaker will begin at 7:15 Saturday night.

The other game Saturday afternoon saw Dolan defeat Jackson 7-2. The national Scotties will be played in Kingston, Ont. Feb. 16-24.
