Byrce Milson scored the winner midway through the second period as the host Drummondville Voltigeurs downed the P.E.I. Rocket 5-1 Tuesday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

Jordan Murray scored a power-play goal late in the period and Jeremie Malouin added two more in the third to improve the  Voltigeurs to 15-12. The loss dropped the Rocket to 13-10-2.

Louick Marcotte scored shorthanded midway through the first period with Nathan Yetman picking up the assist for the Rocket’s only marker on the evening.

Louis-Philip Guindon made 22 saves for the win while Antoine Bibeau made 25 saves in the loss.

The Rocket returns to action tonight when it plays the Quebec Remparts (19-5-0-1) at 8 p.m. Atlantic.

P.E.I.’s next home games are this weekend when it hosts Victoriaville (10-10-2-3) Saturday at 7 p.m. and Cape Breton (7-15-2-3) Sunday at 3 p.m.
