P.E.I. Privateers play playoff game today

The P.E.I. Privateers will travel to Moncton today to take on the first-place Mustangs in Maritime Football League playoff action.

Game time at Rocky Stone field is 4 p.m.

The second-place Dartmouth Knights will host the Saint John Wanderers in the other semifinal game today.

The Privateers advanced with a 22-15 win over the Halifax Shockers in quarter-final action last Saturday in Halifax.

The semifinal winners will advance to the Maritime Bowl IX championship game  on Aug. 9.

The league all-star game is scheduled for Aug. 15 in Moncton.
