Re Kenneth Biso’s recent letter to the editor: There are a variety of reasons why a woman would wish to terminate a pregnancy: rape, health problems, lack of family support, and poverty to name a few.
Choosing to go through an abortion is not something any woman takes lightly or with little thought. Most women who choose to terminate agonize over this. The last thing they need is protesters telling them they are murdering babies. What they need are compassion and support.
