Editor:

The Fraser Institute rated the Ghiz government ninth again this year on fiscal policy assigning them a score of 23.5 out of 100.

The premier responded by saying they never have said anything positive about P.E.I. How can they be positive when the premier has doubled our debt in five years and has never balanced a budget since he assumed power? The poor ratings for financial responsibility are deserved.
