Editor: The editorial says mayoral candidate Philip Brown needs to spice up his platform to make the city election race interesting. Here are some hot button issues to consider including; (1) Promise to ban cosmetic pesticides on lawns within the city limits. (2) Promise to stop ditch infilling and save $ millions for much better uses. (3) Promise to solve the downtown parking problem. (4) Promise to solve all city water needs within three years. (5) Promise to build a provincial museum in the city and cost- share it with the provincial government.
