Editor: I would have to say Jeremie Saunders nailed it in his performance as Robert Castle in the play Kiss the Moon, Kiss the Sun held at the Victoria Playhouse on Friday. His preparation for the role interacting with young adults with a wide spectrum of intellectual disabilities, at Queens County Residential Services in Charlottetown, certainly paid off. The first thought that came to me regarding his performance was, that he nailed it exactly, and the second thought was he played the role with such respect. I would also have to mentioned that Rebecca Griffin played a wonderful supporting role as Holly. There were many smiles and tears too, and highly recommend this play to people to put on their “must see” list.
