Editor: The statutes of Prince Edward Island under the “Dependants of a Deceased Person Relief Act” in the definitions section of the act: “In this act (a) “Child” includes a child of the deceased conceived but not born at the date of the deceased’s death.

If an unborn child has a right to share in an estate; is the right to such benefits greater than the child’s right to life?
