Editor: Charles Curley, chair of the Order of P.E.I. Advisory Council, takes his job too seriously when he criticized Premier Ghiz for not following legislation by bypassing the Council and awarding it to Olympian Heather Moyse at her homecoming party in Summerside.

If Heather Moyse was nominated to receive the Order of P.E.I. she would be a top candidate and get it anyway so why be so picky? Surely we can allow our premier the personal pleasure of making the deserved award since there are more serious flaws to criticize than this one.

David Steeves,
