Editor: I write to commend those who, recently, have pointed out that Charlottetown is not, nor cannot claim to be the “Cradle of Confederation”.

At historical best, this lovely city can only attest to have been the “Coitus Interruptus Feoderis.”

Moreover, if we are to commemorate Sir John A. Macdonald properly, the government ought to provide access to every willing and legal resident to a noggin of good Scotch.

Verbum sapientibus satis.

Colmán O’Hare,

Proud Canadian Citizen,
