Summerside Police

Summerside police officers charged a 16-year-old male with breaching a probation order   Monday after responding to a complaint of a suspicious person   running in and out of driveways in the South Drive area at approximately 9:15 p.m.

The youth will appear in Summerside provincial youth court later in May to answer to the charge.

... but thank goodness for the Young Offenders Act.You see this way the alleged "offenders" can retain their criminal lifestyle & at the same time remain for the most part anonymous, no names no pictures. Hey ... do you suppose these alleged offenders use this outdated law to their advantage ? Nahhhhh.
