A 36-year-old Peakes man is facing impaired driving charges after he was found to have more than four times the legal amount of alcohol in his blood.
Charlottetown Police Services received a complaint on Tuesday about an erratic driver on Park St.
The caller told police that a vehicle almost struck their vehicle. Police patrolled the location and stopped the reported vehicle.
Police allege the operator of the vehicle was impaired. He was jailed at the Provincial Correctional Centre. He will be appearing in provincial court at a later date.
