Three Oaks Senior High School, Summerside

One man has been charged and police say charges are pending against three others involved in an incident last week outside Three Oaks Senior High School.

Detective Sgt. Joe Peters, with Summerside Police Service, said Wednesday that an adult man has been charged with assault.

“That is still under investigation,” said Peters. “They have one adult charged but they are still looking for three youths on that. There are charges pending on the youth.”

On March 7 two males, one of whom was a student from TOSH, were involved in two separate altercations in the school’s parking lot situated next to Kenmoore Avenue.

Police, at the time, released few details and officials at the school didn’t comment.

There had been a report of an individual being struck by a car, but the investigating officer, at the time, said it was unclear to what extent a vehicle had been involved.
