Gas is at 36 dollars a barrel and we are still paying at the 100 dollar a barrel level. What is the excuse on why it is not dropping???

Big deal! IRAC came out with an unscheduled price adjustment a few days ago and raised the price of regular gas by 0.5 cents a litre. Oil is falling daily, so now they say no change. IRAC is a joke and should be abolished.
