Kensington man arrested for driving while impaired by drug

For the third time in two weeks the RCMP arrested someone for driving while impaired by drug.

On March 1, Queens District RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Route 2 in the Brookfield area.

Investigators at the scene arrested a 40-year-old Kensington man for allegedly driving while impaired by drug.

He is also facing a charge under the provincial Highway Traffic Act for driving while prohibited.

The driver was released and is scheduled to appear in provincial court May 2.
