Canadian Tire has low prince of Mono Exterior caulking, Metro Building Supplies highest

Temperatures are expected to be above freezing over the weekend, which is a perfect time to carry out those long overdue renovations.

If those renovations include sealing a drafty window, Canadian Tire may be the place to shop.

Mono Exterior caulking is supposed to provide a durable, waterproof seal for a wide variety of exterior applications.

Prices for a 300 mL cartridge are similar across the city.

Canadian Tire’s price was posted as $4.79.

Sherwood BMR’s price was $5.28.

The price was the same at both Home Depot and Kent, $5.37.

The highest price tag, when our shoppers were out price watching, was at Metro Building Supplies, which was charging $5.99.

    Heat leaks out cold doesn't come in. Energy is lost which is what cold is. For example a refrigerator extracts heat from food it doesn't add cold.
