When half a lanes is left unplowed it makes it difficult and I see a lot of times road conditions making traffic flow erratically which is never good. For example at the Riverside and Kensington offramp half the lane was not plowed, people were running into the bank and snow was shooting across the road, a dangerous situation. Quite a few sections of the inner lanes on University Avenue are still not plowed just a big ice wall that will be left until the end of April.
