Looking for blue, four-door sedan with male driver described as being between 20-30 years old

On Monday, February 1 at 6:17 p.m., Charlottetown Police responded to the area of North River Road and Buchanan Drive to investigate a motor vehicle accident.

"Upon arriving at the scene, police learned one of the involved vehicles fled the area," said a report issued by the department Wednesday. "Police are looking for a blue, four door sedan with male driver described as being between 20-30 years old.

"The blue sedan struck a black Volkswagen Golf from behind before conducting a U-turn and leaving the scene."

    i wonder how many of these new drivers took a safe driving course?? if they did they need to get there money back. or learn how to drive at a stock car track. they have no idea about the laws of driving. lets see drunk drivers,hit and run,passing a school bus, whats next killing a person
