25 year-old girl in a rush to get to nowhere. Give her a VERY HIGH fine. She deserves it. Unfortunately there are many, many more just like her.

This actually made the newspaper? She actually has to go to court for this?

Of course it made the newspaper. The issue of cars illegally passing buses has been in the news a lot lately. Therefore it makes sense to see that the law is being enforced. News like this may actually serve as a deterrent. And everyone who has a traffic infraction could possibly go to provincial court, even speeders. Unless they pay their fine out of court.
