Exit Realty P.E.I. is opening its doors to the public once a month to those who are curious about the process of buying or selling a home.
Every second Wednesday of the month, Exit Realty P.E.I. will hold public information sessions.
Salespeople will be on hand to give presentations on steps needed in the buying and selling process.
Guest speakers will be invited to add to the information sessions.
These guests will include lawyers, mortgage professionals, home inspectors and insurance brokers.
"These sessions should help everyone in the industry because better informed clients make all our jobs easier. It also puts the public in a much better position when the time comes they may need our services,” said Steve Yoston, broker, Exit Realty P.E.I.
The sessions will be about 90 minutes long and will be held at the Exit office at 42 St. Peters Rd. in Charlottetown starting at 7 p.m.
The first one will be on Wednesday, Jan. 13 and will cover the buying process.
Sessions will then alternate each month on the buying and selling process.
Attendees have no obligation to use the services of Exit Realty P.E.I.
