The murder of Traci Lynch will go to trial in May.
Joel Lawrence Clow pleaded not guilty Friday to murder and indecently interfering with human remains after Lynch’s body was found in Pleasant Grove on July 24.
Clow, who did not appear in court Friday, chose through his lawyer to be tried by Supreme Court judge alone.
The trial is set to begin on May 24. The Crown anticipates the trial will take three weeks to complete.
Clow, 46, of Pleasant Grove also pleaded not guilty to uttering threats and obstructing a police officer.
