Charlottetown woman finds intruder in home

Police in Charlottetown are investigating a break and enter into a residence on Hillsborough Street near Euston Street early today.

A spokesman for police said a woman at that residence heard noises in her apartment around midnight and then discovered a male intruder.

The intruder fled when the woman screamed and was gone from the scene by the time police arrived.

Police say the intruder is tall and skinny. He wore a grey hoodie, dark colored shorts and a red backpack.

    only in the CAPITAL. where was the CAPITAL super police dept. i guess a lady is not safe in her own home in the CAPITAL CITY. the good news is she is safe thats all that is important. the sad part is this creep is still out looking. lets hope all ladies can keep safe til this creep is nailed and given a $5.00 fine and a case of beer.

Perhaps we should assign a police officer to be in every home at ALL times. Would that make you happy donnie? No. It wouldn't. You would just find something else to whine about. Grow up don.
