Cavendish Beach Music Festival

The event is still scheuled to go ahead at regular times on Sunday.

(3:00 p.m. ATL) - Blake Shelton and Darius Rucker will not be performing at Cavendish Beach Music Festival Saturday night.

Tropical storm Arthur has interfered with the travel plans of tonight's main acts - causing their flight to P.E.I. to be cancelled.

The Cavendish venue will open to the public at 5 p.m. and concert-goers will still be able to attend other acts.

Compensation packages will be offered to those with tickets and are unable to make the event.

The only reason to attend Cavendish was both Blake & Darius. Why would we want to travel 1500 kilometres again next year for a so called discount. Should have stayed in Ontario & seen Blake at Bluesfest
