Charlottetown police investigating break at home

Charlottetown Police Services are investigating a break and enter at a residence on Henri Blanchard Drive in which an Apple laptop and Canon digital camera were stolen.

Police said the break occurred early Friday morning and anyone with information is urged to contact the Charlottetown Police Services 629-4172 or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477.

    Why is this news? 9 people in our office, 4 have been robbed. Nothing ever in the paper.

    Day time break and enters were rare...now they are common...where is the CityPolice street crime unit are they working with the RCMP street crime unit???.....drugs are the problem...are they pooling their resoursces...indications are NO.....the city may FEEL they are operating on their own ....but we have a problem here .......they want there own mobile data system but it is not compatable with the RCMP's system...and that's an a problem
