More acts added to Cavendish Beach Music Festival lineup

Cavendish Beach Music Festival

The Cavendish Beach Music Festival continues to fill out its lineup for this summer's event, July 4-6.

On Wednesday, the festival announced the following artists have been added to its lineup, July 4-6:

Announced are The Grascals, Makayla Lynn, Raccoon Bandit, Brothers Landreth, Devin Cuddy, Tristan Horncastle, Caroline Savoie, Rik Reese, Julia Sheer, Samantha Power, Mike Biggar, Jake Shimabukuro, JD Clarke, Joan Kennedy, Dylan Menzie, The Command Sisters, Irish Mythen, Ariel, Zoey & Eli, Jordan Cameron and The Secrets. 

Cavendish Beach also announced additional performances in the songwriters circle and new to the festival, a festival within a festival, UkeEast!

The songwriters circle will now take place each day throughout the weekend, hosted by Gordie Sampson on the front porch stage.

It will include Tebey, Sam Hunt, Mike Biggar, The Command Sisters, Brothers Landreth, Hayley, Jordan Cameron, and Irish Mythen.

    Yeah but seriously haven't seen any good music artist here since Taylir Swift. That was a good show. I think Shania Twain concert will be more enjoyable the CBMF

    What a line up ! Never heard of one group. Wes the Cat is more famous then all those sad sacks put together.

      these are for the secondary stage, whose point is to highlight more unknowns, But of course, you knew that, right?

      @Steve, why do you need every performer to be a "big name"? Remember, at one time big names were small names until they got their break (usually in a showcase event like CBMF). I recognize (and have seen) at least half the names added and they are all exceptional local and regional talents who just might get their big break at CBMF. PEI and the Maritimes take a back seat to no place in producing wonderful musical talent ... be proud of that!
