Splashing people with pizzas has become a problem.....I dont think it is in the Highway Traffic Act but it should be.Hot pizzas can be startling at that time of night on Douglas St. It happened to me once and I was furious.

Drivers need to be aware of pedestrians walking when the roads are this wet. Nobody needs a beat down, but I remember being splashed once and I was furious. Just slow down. Or like this guy, get some street justice.

I hope this man was not seriously injured and 2 wrongs don't make a right. But.....too many motorists pay no attention to pedestrians and people are splashed by disrespectful drivers all of the time. Splashing a pedestrian is an offence in the Highway Traffic Act. Start ticketing these people and those that don't stop at stop signs. It is dangerous to walk in Charlottetown these days by people running stop signs.
