Charlottetown police are looking for the public's help after someone robbed a gas station on St. Peters Road Wednesday night.
The police were called at 9:26 p.m. after someone wearing a ski mask under the dark hood of a sweatshirt and carrying a crowbar entered the Ultramar and demanded money from the clerk.
A surveillance video the police released on their website shows the suspect putting the crowbar and a bag on the counter and looking over his shoulder repeatedly toward the door as the clerk appears on screen several times to put money in the bag.
The suspect then picks up the bag and crowbar before turning and walking out of the store.
Deputy Chief Gary McGuigan said the robbery had some similarities to other robberies committed recently, but was not willing to say that they are definitely linked.
"We're not ruling it out," he said.
