VERNON RIVER - A 55-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving after police discovered a single-vehicle rollover here Sunday morning.
Kings District RCMP discovered the collision on Route 3 just seconds after it happened.
Upon stopping the police car, officers saw the uninjured driver being helped out of the driver’s side door by another motorist.
The car was resting on its passenger door.
The driver showed signs of impairment while speaking to RCMP.
