till the government wakes up and starts making the fines real and jail time real drunks will keep going and will keep killing. to me if you kill someone while drunk you should be charged with MURDER. and this weak gang of ghiz with fines, jail is a joke. but the tax money comes first and ghiz ,wes to me you are all responsible for everyone who gets hurt or killed by a drunk because you want the money to hell with the lives. till one of your own gets killed by a drunk maybe then you will care.

Drivers, we all know that operators of motor vehicles must not drive when under the influence of intoxicants, including "booze"! Doing so is irresponsible and it's illegal. Please think of the terrible consequences that too often happen, and never allow ourselves to have any part in causing such grievous sorrow far and wide..
