Court delayed when judge storm stayed in Moncton

Prince Edward Island provincial court

Mother Nature forced the postponement of three cases in provincial court Monday after the presiding judge was unable to take the bench due to poor travel conditions.

Chief Provincial Court Judge John Douglas was storm stayed in Moncton.

The court will hear some of those matters Tuesday and the balance on Friday.
