As part of an investigation by the Charlottetown Police Services' street crime unit, officers stopped a vehicle in the city, where they seized more than $15,000 worth of illegal drugs.
Police arrested Paul Toland Fitzgerald, 40, of Ontario, and Adam Christopher Wentzell, 23, of New Brunswick, were arrested and brought to the Provincial Correctional Institute.
They face five counts each under the Controlled Drug and Substance Act, including possession of cocaine, amphetamines, methamphetamines, marijuana and cannabis resin for the purpose of trafficking.
They will appear in provincial court Tuesday morning to answer the charges.
