Canadian Red Cross
Nearly $46,000 has been raised in the P.E.I. Liquor Control Commission’s third annual fundraising campaign in support of the Canadian Red Cross in Prince Edward Island.
Robert Henderson, minister responsible for the P.E.I. Liquor Control Commission, thanked the PEILCC staff for supporting the project.
“This year’s efforts have generated $45,997 to further the important work of the Canadian Red Cross to provide assistance and services across the Island.”
“The Canadian Red Cross continues to be impressed with the commitment and generosity towards this fundraising initiative,” said Wendi Poirier, fund development associate, Canadian Red Cross - P.E.I. Region. “We are pleased to have surpassed $100,000 in total over the three years of this campaign.”
