Mr. Plumber thief charged with break-and-enter

A 37-year-old Cornwall man has been arrested and charged with break-and-enter after stealing a quantity of copper pipe from Mr. Plumber Sunday evening.

Charlottetown Police Services responded to the incident at the Allen Street location around 8 p.m.

The thief had broken into a supply shed to remove the pipe.

Following an investigation, police arrested the man Sunday.

He’s been charged and will appear in provincial court at a later date.
