Kings District RCMP are seeking assistance from the public in identifying the driver and/or owner of a newer black Chevrolet four-door pick up truck that caused damage to a fence on the property of the Home Hardware Building Center in Brudenell just before noon on Jan. 27.

Surveillance video captured the trucks’ driver operating the vehicle in the snow covered parking lot recklessly, and colliding with a chain link fence causing some minor damage.

RCMP are asking the driver and or owner to come forward to report the crash.

Anyone with information relating to this incident is asked to contact Kings District RCMP or call P.E.I. Crime Stoppers.

    Hit and Run?? Unless I am misunderstanding...a FENCE really shouldn't warrant police involvement? Nice waste of resources...

    if there's a video, show it to the public, really, if you want to catch whomever did the act, try posting the video, i'm sure someone knows something in that community and would likely be more than happy to help. just saying!!

    Good luck reporting anything to Crime Stoppers. It is just a big black hole where you report crimes and never hear anything back. Waste of time.

      GOOD LUCK: It must be frustrating to submit an "anonymous" tip and they just never call back. Tell me more.... Crimestoppers is an excellent resource for those who prefer or need anonymity.
