Wind chill values of -35 Celsius are expected Thursday morning and afternoon for all of P.E.I.
Environment Canada says a cold front associated with a low, passing just south of Quebec tonight will bring cold air and strong winds to the province. Extreme wind chill conditions are expected Thursday morning and afternoon as temperatures fall behind the cold front and winds increase.
