SUMMERSIDE — The case against the principal of Kensington Intermediate High School has been adjourned to March 28 at 9 a.m. for election.

Terry Irving Foster, 41, was charged on Jan. 9, with luring a minor.

Defence counsel Joel Pink told the court Thursday, that he had just received disclosure documents and requested time to review the information.

In provincial court documents, Kensington police allege Foster used the Internet to lure a minor under section 153 (1) of the Criminal Code of Canada — sexual exploitation of a young person — contrary to section 172.1(1)(A) — luring a minor. Police allege the incidents occurred in Kensington, between Dec. 6 and 11.

Foster was not in court on Thursday.
