A Prince Edward Island man has been charged with luring a minor over the Internet.
Terry Irving Foster, 41, was charged on Jan. 9 and is expected to appear in court on Jan. 31.
In court documents, police allege the incidents occurred in Kensington between Dec. 6 and 11, 2012, with a female.
The Summerside man has been released on an undertaking under conditions including that he not have contact with anyone under the age of 18.
