The Stratford-bound approach road will be reduced to a single lane Monday, January 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The right lane will be closed for a distance of approximately 210 metres.

Traffic entering the approach road from the Water Street extension off-ramp will be required to stop prior to entering the road, and the associated merge lane will be closed.

If you travel the bridge you probably have seen some heavy equipment on the service road for the last couple of weeks. Looks like they are adding granite rock to the to the shore line, must be going to step up the pace on Mon.
