A 72-year-old Glenmartin man is dead following a single vehicle truck accident in the community.

Montague RCMP believe that a medical condition may have been a factor when a three-ton logging truck apparently left the road at a low speed and struck a tree.

When emergency services arrived the man was found unconscious behind the wheel.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 911 came at 1:50 today.

Montague RCMP, IEMS, and Montague Fire responded

This collision is still currently under investigation, however alcohol and road conditions are not believed to be  contributing factors.
