My father was a Veteran and I have attended these ceremonies for years. These events are an absolute fittng event for all living Veterans, ones who paid the ultimate sacrifice, and theirs families. Recent years have attracted large crowds both old and young and this certainly is nice to see. I have great praise for all Legions and their members/auxilary members.

I am sure I speak for everyone there when I say I am glad Mr. Doucette is doing ok. Get well soon !

Following tradition poppies are pinned to wreaths after the service ends.
