For the week of Oct. 1, construction for the Spring Park Combined Sewer Separation Project will take place on Rochford, Fitzroy and Pownal streets.

Motorists travelling in these areas are advised to expect delays as construction moves along these routes and various sections of these three streets are closed or limited to local traffic.

Work on Pownal Street will take place between Kent Street and Water Street. Rochford Street will be affected from Euston Street to Fitzroy Street. Fitzroy Street will be closed from Rochford Street to Pownal Street.

Detour signs will be posted and traffic controllers will be positioned to direct traffic.

As the infrastructure work for the Spring Park Combined Sewer Separation Project progresses, updates will be issued by the City of Charlottetown at the beginning of every week.
