ACOA is a parking lot for overpaid, unqualified, useless political parasites and it is an absolute waste of public funds. It should be shut down ASAP. Look at all the politically connected elite it houses and they all run up enormous expense while only helping themselves. C'mon Harper, time to gut ACOA. Thank you.
