Firefighters are slowly getting control of hay and a farm field fire at 1265 O'Leary Rd.

Firefighters from multiple departments have been called in to control the blaze.

While the fire is proving stubborn, firefifghters have a separate battle on their hands – the heat. Firefighters have been taking breaks and dunking their heads in a water tank in an effort to keep cool.
