BOSTON - Massachusetts Port Authority officials are asking travellers flying out of Logan Airport to leave their cars at home and take public transportation.

Business travel is peaking in the week before Thanksgiving and Massport officials say "on-airport" parking spaces are "exceedingly scarce."

Transportation officials say Silver Line bus service for travellers heading from Logan to South Station is free in that direction.

Massport says it's also offering reduced parking rates at its Logan Express parking lots in Braintree, Framingham, Peabody and Woburn.

For more info about travel options to the airport, go to www.flylogan.com.
