The City of Charlottetown’s Parks and Recreation Department will host the 17th annual Jingle Bell Walk and Christmas Tree Lighting on Friday, November 30.

The Jingle Bell Walk will begin at 6 p.m. at the Beach Grove nature trail, behind the Beach Grove Nursing Home. People of all ages are encouraged to bring a flashlight and a bell, and be ready for some caroling.

After the Jingle Bell Walk, activities for the whole family will be held in the West Royalty Community Centre from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The activities will include wagon rides, live entertainment by The Music Man, a Christmas tree lighting and inflatable activity centres. Refreshments will be provided and there will be a station to decorate cookies.

All of these activities are free and open to all ages.
