SUMMERSIDE â€“ Country superstar Toby Keith is bringing his Hammer Down Tour to Credit Union Place.
From his first No. 1 hit song Should've Been A Cowboy, to his latest release Drinks After Work, Toby Keith has been one of the most consistent self-directed hit makers of his era.
5th String Entertainment has scheduled the country singerâ€™s stop here for Saturday, May 3, at 7:30 p.m.
Keithâ€™s albums have sold more than 38 million copies, ranking him among the top-selling all-genre artists on Billboard's Top 200 Artists of the Decade, but the core of his unparalleled success is his songwriting, which has powered an astounding succession of hit songs.
Keith has received the honour of songwriter/artist of the decade by the Nashville Songwriters Association International, he is a three-time BMI Country songwriter/artist of the year and was named the American Country Awards' artist of the decade.
Tickets will be on sale beginning Friday, Jan. 24 at 10 a.m.
