The P.E.I. operators of PropertyGuys.com walked away from the company’s recent annual conference with the franchise of the year award.

PropertyGuys.com topped off its annual three-day franchise conference at the Melia Caribe Resort in Punta Cana by awarding its Revvy Awards to the system's top performers at the gala celebration.

“It’s always a pleasure to finish up the event by recognizing those who had an outstanding year,” says Ken LeBlanc, president and CEO of PropertyGuys.Com. He said the conference was a complete “re-think” fortheir people and entire system.

“We are entering our 15th year with a new vision and a renewed commitment to inspiring confidence in our customers, which can only happen when we are inspiring confidence in each other.”

He said the criteria for the Revvy award for Franchise of the Year includes listing and revenue results, enthusiasm, professionalism and positive customer experience.

LeBlanc said this year the team in P.E.I., led by franchisee Kenny Singleton, took home top honors. This is the second time this location has received this prestigious award in less than seven years.

“We believe no one works harder in this highly competitive real estate industry than our people,” said LeBlanc.

“Kenny and his team in P.E.I. are at the pinnacle when it comes to following our system, embracing our new programs and constantly maintaining their competitive edge.”

PropertyGuys.com has over 100 franchises across the country. The P.E.I. operators were the company’s top eastern performer and also tops in the country.

Just think. Once the Charlottetown Convention Centre is built, these folks will be coming here for their conferences, in the nice freezing rain, not the DR, where it's sunny and warm.

Geography check please Guardian. Regarding the caption under the picture saying it was in Mexico. Punta Cana is not in Mexico. It is in Dominican Republic.
