Gala Fundraiser - November 7, 2009

Sally and Tim Goddard invite you to join them and become a part of a day designed to celebrate the life of their daughter, Captain Nichola Goddard. Nichola was killed in Afghanistan on May 17, 2006. The family initiated a project in her name to bring solar light to rural first aid posts and health centres in Papua New Guinea where Nichola was born and spent the first three years of her life. Lisa LaFlamme is regarded as one of Canadas top journalists, and spent 12 days in March and April of 2006 as an embedded journalist with Nichola Goddards unit in Afghanistan.
