HMCS Fredericton deployed to pirate territory

Once again members of the Invisible Army will be away from Loved ones over Thanksgiving and Christmas. Families and Loved ones of the crew of HMCS Fredricton Who Deployed yesterday for the coast of Somalia to protect Shipping from Pirates.

The upcoming months will be busy and challenging for Frederictons Ships Company and their families. This Missile Ex represented another significant milestone on the road to deploying in October. However challenging the road ahead, Fredericton has once again proved that she can rise to the challenge and meet the high standard expected of the ships company to deploy. Fredericton has demonstrated real world capability in defeating the threats she may face during Operation SAIPH. The Missile Ex hasgiven teeth to Frederictonsmotto,

The Stalker of the Seas. FREDERICTON fires an evolved sea sparrow missile from her starboard VLSS.

FREDERICTON scores a direct hit on a remotely piloted fast attack craft.

So Pirates BEWARE well practised professionals from CANADA are on their way to get you.

So readers as HMCS Fredricton departs the safety of Canadian Waters spare a thought or a prayer for a safe Voyage for the Ship's crew and all the members of their Invisible Army who will miss Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years. As well as birthdays and anniversaries while their loved ones are sailing to Pirate infested waters in defence of FREEDOM.
