CFB Trenton and Canadians will once again salute. A Soldier Repatriated.

Cpl Dube departed Kandahar airfield, Monday.

Canadian Cpl. Martin Dube, 35, is shown in a handout photo. Dube, a combat engineer, was killed in Afghanistan, Sunday, June 14, 2009 when an improvised explosive device he was attempting to defuse exploded. (Colin Perkel / THE CANADIAN PRESS)

Sadly once again CFB Trenton will be the arrival point in Canada of Cpl.Dube'. He will make his last journey along the highway of heroes. VIP's Miltary personnel, Civilians , Veterans alike will line up to pay their respects to Cpl Dube and to his family and loved ones. From the arrival Tarmac to the 104 Kilometeres of the Highway. Canadians of all ilks of life will stand waiting for the parade of vehicles to pass them by. Some will be crying some will be praying. But I am sure all will be thinking of this young Combat Engineer and his family and loved ones, knowing in their hearts that he has paid the ultimate price a soldier can make for his country.

Adieu jeune soldat. Pouvez vous vous reposer dans le ciel avec d'autres soldats de l'quipe d'avant-garde. Merci pour votre sacrifice au nom de l'Honneur, le Devoir et le Canada.

Stand Down Young Soldier Stand Down you have earned your rest.

May the Lord welcome him with open arms, and reunite him with his brothers and sisters who have gone before him. Please support our Troops. Wherever they may be serving Land, Sea or Air.

Mindless Vandals desecrated, Cenotaph in Airdrie Alberta. By breaking of and smashing the cross that was mounted on top. SHAME SHAME. This action is a disgrace. I hope the RCMP catch them and that they receive maximum punishment.
